Executive Assistant

Location: Denver, CO

Commitment: 6-10 hours per week (potential for more)

Experience Needed: Entry Level 

Compensation: $25/hour

 

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented individual who loves helping out wherever needed? KO Luxury Organizing seeks an organized and energetic individual to support our founder and help ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run errands, including order pick-ups, returns, and other miscellaneous tasks.

  • Unpack, sort, and organize inventory and deliveries.

  • Assist in the preparation of client projects.

  • Provide administrative support as needed.

​

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated with exceptional communication skills.

  • Highly organized, punctual, and dependable.

  • Tech-savvy with a knack for problem-solving.

  • Flexible schedule and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Must drive an SUV to transport product orders.
