My mom tells me that as a toddler, I would spend hours joyfully organizing the Tupperware drawer and meticulously organizing my toys—a sign of what would come! But being a professional organizer wasn't my first stop. In fact, it took me 40 years to discover my calling.

 

I grew up “attempting” sports but ultimately found a connection to the arts. After graduating from Evergreen High School, I ventured to Burlington, Vermont, to earn my BA in Studio Art from the University of Vermont, where I immersed myself in the vibrant culture of "Groovy UV."

After graduating from college, I accepted a job with a design studio in Denver but quickly discovered the world of marketing. My marketing adventures led me to develop unique events, including the inaugural Yoga on the Rocks and the first-ever Fashion’s Night Out on Fillmore Plaza in Cherry Creek North.

My organizational skills were the backbone of my corporate career, which spanned two decades. I had incredible opportunities working on exciting brands with wonderful people. But despite having a great career, my heart yearned for something more fulfilling. And then it hit me. My knack for organization was more than a skill—it was my calling, and KO Luxury Organizing was born.

​

Four hundred client projects later (and 10,229 baskets and bins implemented!), I feel immense gratitude to be living my passion. Beyond the peaceful aesthetics of organizing, I feel a deep sense of purpose, knowing that the work my team and I do profoundly enhances our clients' lives.

 

Clients regularly tell me, "I didn't know how to create the organizing system, but once the system was in place, it was so easy to follow." And THAT is so satisfying.

On a personal note, I have called Colorado home for nearly 30 years, am a forever Broncos fan, and love the outdoors (when it's warm!). When I’m not organizing, you’ll find me kayaking, camping, hiking, and enjoying quiet evenings on our front porch. And of course, organizing anything I can get my hands on.

​

I live in Denver with James, the love of my life for 20 years, and our two tiny furry family members, who are known for their very creative Halloween costumes!
